Sprint PCS Complaint - Mistreated and lied to by an account representative
Our company contacted Sprint PCS to upgrade our existing equipment and plan with Sprint PCS. I was given the "duty."
Following is a letter I ended up writing with no response:
Jeff J. White
5540 Lake Washington Blvd.
Kirkland, WA 98033
It was a pleasure meeting with you on May 1st to discuss our needs and plans available to meet those needs. You agreed that we, as Landlords for Sprint PCS towers, should receive special treatment. You agreed to upgrade our phones and even had a free new one for me on your desk. When you didn't show up for the scheduled meeting on the 6th I called. You said you forgot. On the 8th when you didn't show. I called and left a message. You called on the 10th, finally and rescheduled for the 13th.
When you didn't show on the 13th I called the head of your department, Cindy Tracy. You then called wondering what our company needed the next day. The next week when I didn't hear from you again, I called Cindy again. Within 30 minutes you called and asked again what we needed. At the end of the call you said it will all be taken care of. Well, one phone arrived via UPS. The plan still was not changed.
The phone was programmed with a long distance number. The bill just arrived and the rebate was not factored in and the phone (with no accessories) was billed at $199.00. Costco has the same (with accessories) for $129.00
Everyone asks why we stay with Sprint? It's because we hope for their success because we're landlords of the towers.
Jeff, I should not have to write this letter.
I never said a harsh word to you, though I thought it. I am sending you this asking for some sort of satisfaction for the lies and mistreatment I went through. I will give you until June 30th 2002. If I don't hear from you, I will send this letter to people you don't want to have read it-guaranteed!
