Homelite/Ryobi Informative - Horrible Product Design And Worse Customer Service

I have a chainsaw I used four times. The housing melted, it is made of plastic. They approved a warranty repair but no parts are available. The parts will not be available until the 100th day in the shop. They are unwilling to do anything other than tell me to wait. This is unacceptable.

Never buy homelite or ryobi, their warranty and customer are horrendous.
