Sprint Nextel Complaint - Nobody knows what they're doing
CALIFORNIA -- I am in dispute with them for a disconnect fee which I am not liable for. They won't listen to me so I flat out refused to pay it. I asked for an itemized statement and conveniently it wasn't there, but it is added into my bill. Now it is on my credit report.
Also, you cannot even pay your bill unless you do so on your cell phone. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Obviously parents pay for their kids bills, etc. I thought I would call and pay my bill with a rep, but for two weeks straight the hold time was 2 hours. I complained to the fcc about this, but the phone is not in my name so they couldn't do anything about it. When I finally got through I asked why the hold time was so long and their excuse was they came out with a new product and they were busy. They obviously don't prepare for things like this. Sprint is the worst cell company I have ever dealt with. The only reason I am with them is because my daughter wanted one of their phones. As soon as the contract is up we're done. They better not try again to stick me with an early term fee like they did before.
