WinkFlash.com Complaint - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've ordered from Winkflash once before in the past, prints were decent and they showed up relatively quickly. On July 9, I placed two orders, one for prints, and one for photo cards. The prints arrived at my house within 5 days, with only one image being truly awful print wise. July 14th I emailed their customer service checking on the status of the photo cards and got no response. On Monday, July 16th I spent 17.5 minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up at the customer service number to find out what the hold up was with my images (Winkflash advertises 24-48 service and a few days for shipping) cause at this point I'd been waiting 5 business days just for the status to change from printing. After finally reaching someone in customer service I was informed that the images had needed to be reprinted due to quality and that they should ship out by the end of the day, Tuesday at the latest. Today is Wednesday, I called customer service again cause they apparently don't answer the emails even though they are an internet based company. The first time I called, waited seven minutes and then got hung up on when he went to check the status. I called back, waited on hold for 10 minutes and then got the runaround as to why they hadn't been printed, told another request for reprint would be put in, but that it could be another 4 days before it even gets done. I'm sorry but a company that advertised 24-48 hours and money back guarantee shouldn't expect someone to wait 11 business days for a product. I've managed a photo lab and understand the time and requirements for the machines, but this place is outfitted with the newest photo lab machines. Overall I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service, the lack of response to emails, and the inability of the staff to quickly fix the issue. My recommendation, pay a little more for the product and go elsewhere.
