EasySpirit.com Complaint - Did Not Receive a Refund for Returned Merchandise

I purchased shoes from the Easy Spirit web site. Upon receiving the shoes I decided to return them because I did not like them as they were uncomfortable. I returned them using the return address label provided and sent them back to Easy Spirit by USPS Priority Mail. Easy Spirit would not acknowledge receiving the return and would not issue a refund to my credit card for the shoes. They kept the shoes and my money. Will not do business with them again. They are a very dishonest company.

Easy enough - just do a charge back through your credit card company. As long as you have the proof you returned the shoes it should be no problem.
