Binswanger Glass Co Complaint - Poor service - glass replacement

HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA -- We contacted Binswanger Glass at the end of May and they came to our business the first of June and measured for glass replacement. I have called them every week since then for an answer as to when they are coming back to replace the glass. First of all they had to order one houses' glass so that was understandable, but the other two no excuse. I call every week and am told by the receptionist that he will call me back which never happens. I understand he is quite busy, but if he is too busy for my job, let me know and I will find someone else. I have been strung along now for two months with still no glass in my homes. I called this morning again and told the receptionist if they were too busy I would find someone else, she said if I could that would be the best thing to do. WHAT A BUSINESS!! I have now found someone else to do my job.
