H.H.GREGG Complaint - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA -- I have been trying to get a straight answer from the "fine folks" at H.H.Gregg in reference to when I can expect to have my TV repaired. I still have 1 more year on my 5 year service agreement and I called the service department on June 8 to report a problem. It took 2 weeks before a service man finally came to look at the set. He didn't even open it up and said he would order a part and it would take 7-10 business days to get the part in. It has been over 3 weeks. I have called the service department and customer relations SEVERAL TIMES to try to get an answer and I'm never able to speak to the same person twice so I have to explain the whole situation again and then they each give me conflicting information and tell me they will forward my complaint to another department and someone will call be back. Which never happens. I'm still waiting. Sounds like no one wants to take charge and keeps passing the buck. I have also written a letter to Ray Graft at GE and also have not gotten a response from him. My last attempt was to email HHGregg's service repair. I got a couple reply's and the last one said "they are forwarding my email to Service Assist Department" this has been 3 days ago. I'm still waiting. This has been the worst experience I ever had with getting service. This will also be the last time I purchase anything from HHGregg. It has been over 1 month since I first called to report service. This is entirely unacceptable.
