Carnival Cruise Line Complaint - Very poor quality expect for the food.
PORT CARNIVAL, FLORIDA -- We sailed on Sensation out of Port Canaveral on June 27,007. For 3 day cruise to the Bahamas.
The whole trip I think we only saw the cabin lady 3 times. We called her several time to help. We several probally through out the whole trip.
The toliet was messed up several time. When you took a shower the whole floor flooded.
We come to find out that the seal that sepearated the shower floor from the rest of the bathroom floor was broken. We called Maintenance several times each day to come repair the toliet. Each time it took aleast 1 to 2 hours before they would come. Our cabin lady did a poor quality of service. One night she did not even turn down the bed for us. She just gave us the mints and next day schedule and told us to do ourself.
Food trays sat in the hallway all day long before they are picked up. When you got of the boat at the island it was very disorganinzed and no one could find there shore excursion. Most of the personnal you talked to on the ship wher rude or they did not have time for you.
The dinner staff and the food were excellent. They meet the expectation of everyone I talked to.
Disembarking was a made house. They were disorganized. They kicked you out of the rooms at 7:00am to go and sit by the pool for 3 to 4 hours. Kids and little childern were upset and confusing. No schedule was put out for disembarking color so the people could be informed. They could leave us in our rooms until we are called. But they were is such a hurry to kick us out of our rooms so they could go on to the next set of passangers who would be coming board. We went on Carnival 10 years ago and they was awesome. Now they are at the bottom and we will probally will not go with them again. I spending thaty type of people for rude people and poor service.
