All-battery.com Informative - Very poor customer service

SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA -- They offer fair prices and have a large selection. But to say they have very poor customer service is a understatement. Its more like NO customer service. They ignore emails, and leave their "live chat" unattended. I would not have noticed this if they hadn't given me the wrong tracking number twice. I figured the first was a simple mistake, but twice in a row?

Sounds like they dont have their sh** together.thanks for the info,I will bypass them if I need a battery in the future.

I used to work in Sunnyvale, CA and I didn't like it.

I've lately become a big fan of ordering batteries over the 'net. A camera store wanted "seventy bucks" for a battery I found on the 'net for 17.00, though the mAh were admittedly different. But for that price difference I could buy several of the cheaper and still come out ahead. Same goes for new batteries for my cell phones, the price difference was astounding. There are a myriad of outlets on the net, you just have do a bit of research to see which are more reputable.
