Sprint PCS Complaint - Incorrect Information
New to Sprint PCS (cellular services), I received my 1st bill last month for a whopping $561.70. Finding out by accident that I can check my used minutes on their web site, I began to check every day or so to ensure that I did not go over the plan minutes (over minutes are 40 cents). The web site on the last day of my billing cycle showed that I still had over 1000 minutes. When the bill arrived a week later, it showed that I was over my plan minutes by 2000 for a bill total of $767.02. How can the web site be this wrong if they tell you that you can check your usage on their web site? I called customer service and the response was that "the web site provides only an estimate on minutes used" I relied on this information to manage my account and ended up with a bill that is simply unacceptable!
