Buy.com Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
My first (and last) order with Buy.com has been horrible. They offered a free-after-rebate promotion, only to leave me hanging in the wind. It's been five months since I submitted my rebate, but I still haven't gotten mine yet. Buy.com won't help me in any way, and they simply choose to ignore my emails. I have to say I won't deal anymore with a company that treats its customers as bad as this.
