National Home Protection Complaint - No fridge for 21/2 months
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- This company National Home Protection has been a rip off from the beginning. I wish my wife had heard of this website before we purchaced the policy. After reading how many people have been ripped of by them I'm surprised they are still in business. The attorney general in NY needs to get busy and shut them down. I read most of the comments and can really feel peoples anger.
First of all we never got the Home Depot gift card they lure you with.
Over a two month period we had 5 service calls on the fridge, the service man replaced all the parts he said he knew to replace. He finally called them to tell them that the fridge could'nt be fixed, the whole time we were cleaning up water off the floor because it would come on and off every other day, everything totally melt downd then it would start freezing again then melt down again, this has continued till now. In the mean time we have been put on hold forever, transfered, hung up on, thats another dept, they will call you back, treated rudly on and on and still no working fridge.
These people are liars and a rip off. I'm not only talking about the company, the people who work in that office know exactly what they are doing. It is obvious they know what to do to frustrate you so that you will go away. More people need to complain about them. Don't get ripped off!
