Simply Wireless Informative - Rebates and your gripes
I know from some knowledge in the rebates department that most people who do submit their rebates will not get them only because they have not followed instructions specified on the terms and conditions of the rebates...WATCH OUT! Not for Simply Wireless but any place offering a rebate...I mean come on they have Terms and Conditions for a reason! Many rebates come in way past the post marked date...guess what DENIED! Each and every rebate should indicate a date in which the rebate must be post marked by! Make sure all paper work is filled out because guess what a lot of rebates come back with out properly being filled out! Again...DENIED! Antoher reason...any supporting documents that are required to be sent in...send exactly what is being asked...if it is missing anything...guess what...DENIED!
My suggestion to those who are having rebate issues..READ! We were all taught how to read and follow directions right? And if you can read...well go the hell to school, get someone to explain something to you!
TO ensure your rebate gets some place on time...make sure it is post marked before the date they ask you to have it post marked by. Actually have it certified to know and track that it got the place on time! If you send it regular mail...guess what mail does get lost!
As far as phone calls and them being returned...from my research Simply Wireless is a small company and with the volume of calls they get in and the amount of staff they may not be able to answer all calls as they come in...maybe the take calls as they come and return calls in the order they receive them...you know that many of you have jobs in which you deal with customers who may not understand or may be a bit out of it whren it comes to different aspects...ask questions, be patient...and if all else fails...find out an email address and use it. Many people these days and ages are more likely to answer an email then a phone call.
