CLEARWATER, FLORIDA -- Voicestream wireless recieved a check from me on June 12, 2002 for partial payment agreement for $1000 with a balance of $1293.95 to be paid July 31, 2002. This was cashed on June 17, 2002, by Voicestream.the remaining balance was paid to a collection agency, Superior Asset Management on July 31, 2002, for the remaining balance.I have faxed Superior 3 times with a copy of my cashed check that they cannot locate from voicestream. The Superior Asset Management requested that I give them another check for the $1000 dollars I have already paid with a canceled check for reference. I refused and told them I have done what was my responsibility and faxed them their requests.They have threatened me with the big 3 bad credit bureau and this has been paid in full. Where does this problem end? I am tired of being harrassed for something that is paid.
