Walmart Hagerstown MD Complaint - Customer Service - Pharmacist Would Not Sell Diabetic Needles
HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND -- On a Sunday at 4:30 wife mentioned to me that we were out of insulin needles for my diabetic dog. I went to the super Walmart in Hagerstown MD, I have purchased the needles there almost exclusively for 2 years. That day the pharmacist on duty asked me for proof of need. I don't carry the prescription for my dog with me, when he was first diagnosed with the disease my wife went to fill the prescription and was told by the pharmacist that a prescription wasn't necessary. When I pointed this out to the young man he not only was not sympathetic but rude to me. I will seek a legal recourse in this matter.
