Wesley apartment Homes Complaint - Disgruntled Resident
NORCROSS, GEORGIA -- My name is Ta'Wanda McBeth and I am a
resident at Wesley Paces Apartment. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that I am highly upset with the quality of service I have received as a resident of your complex.
I would like to address the topic of not yet receiving the computer that I was promised for renewing my lease at Wesley Paces. I was promised the computer in March 2002 and it is now August 2002. Every time I confront this issue with your assistant property manager, she gives me a different excuse as to why I have not
yet received the computer. I have recorded the dates of confrontation as dating back to April of this year. The last confrontation took place on Sunday, August 4, 2002, when Jennifer, the assistant property manager told me that my computer was on backorder.I asked for the Wesley Apartment Homes corporate office number and she would not give it to me. I am sure that is not how residents of any apartment complex should be treated. The computer was to be given to me as an incentive to renew my lease. I have renewed my lease back in March, when we originally signed for the computer, but where is the computer? If I do not have the computer in my possession by Saturday, August 31st, 2002, I most definitely plan to pursue legal action in this matter.
