Expert Appliance Complaint - Expert Appliance

I placed and order on June 28, 2007 with Expert Appliance for a natural gas to LP conversion kit for a Luxaire furnace I own. I went to their website, entered my furnace model number and selected the part I needed from the parts they had listed and the total for the part was $215.71 after the $10.00 rebate for paying with an online check. On July 11, 2007 I received the part in the mail and knew it was not the correct part. The part they sent me sells for about $30.00 for other suppliers. I immediately call their customer service department (Tina) and request to return the part. She tells me to go online at fill out a form for a RMA number to return the part. I do so and after sometime I received no response. I called several times and was not able to reach Tina so I left a message. In the meantime I checked with other suppliers and I even called Luxaire themselves about the conversion kit. The part is not even available. I later e-mailed Tina telling her the part they sent me is wrong, there website information is wrong, the part is not available, provided her with Luxaires telephone number to verify this information, send me a RMA to return the part and credit me with a full refund. I have heard NOTHING from them since. In addition I was overcharged $10.00 for my purchase ($225.71). The check said core charge. Ever heard of a core charge for a spring and 6 gas orifices, me neither.
