Bellini of Short Hills Complaint - Poor Service and Quality

SHORT HILLS, NEW JERSEY -- We waited almost 2 years to get our baby furniture. At least one item was damaged at each delivery attempt. Over and over we were promised a delivery would come soon and undamaged. Finally, we gave up on the last piece of furniture and were told we would receive a credit. We do not have the piece of furniture and we do not have the credit. The store owner will not respond to any communication attempts.

This store and the furniture in general are both poor in terms of quality and service. Buyer beware.

Have you tried to contact the main office and make them aware of your situation???
