Mid America Credit Management Informative - Excellent Customer Service

TANNERSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Wow! do I wish there were more employees like this with other credit agencies. Yes, I was able to settle a debt without having to release my personal banking information and we worked out a terrific payment plan to settle my account. But what impressed me the most was his degree of professionalism, communication and public relations skills. THAT is how a company should be represented to the public with regards to any type of debt. THAT is how I deserved to be treated. I feared the worst and like any other debtor, wanted to put it off. After a while the depression of "owing" so many people it's very daunting and the phone becomes a chore. I wish to keep his identity private because he is the only person working there with his name. However, I'd love the company to know this man deserves a promotion or at the very least an employee recognition. AND it wasn't a 45 minute phone call either. He made sure I got the information I needed, generated a letter to me, handled all the finances of the situation and HE was the only person handling me account so I had a personal account representative that I could contact or leave a message for 24/7 and he would get it. Let me tell you how comforting it was to know I wasn't tossed around in the system going from one rep to another only to repeat myself again and again not knowing if the next person was better or worse than the person before. I'm so glad he was appointed care of our account. What a pleasant, professional gentlemen to work with.

Let this be a lesson to all other collection agencies out there. Mid America Credit Management is a company to model after. You can obviously tell they care.

Your welcome. I sent off a letter to the company today detailing my experience with them. When service is that good, I believe it needs to be recognized.
