Comcast Informative - Cashing The Checks But Not Updating In The System
CONCORD -- I paid a check of $68 by mail and when I got the latest bill it was saying unpaid balance. I contacted the customer service. Their answer is go to local office and ask them. According to them its my duty to chase around this and they can't help that. This is the second time. Last time I lost $ 100. I didn't get time to chase it. I am full time single working mother of two small kids and wont have time to go to local office. I told them I can email the check details which I got from bank. The customer rep told me they cant help me.
Please advise me what should I do? This is too much.
