Sprint Nextel Complaint - They lie, and play games!
I am so sick of explaining myself to them over and over. They appear to keep notes in file, but they don't keep track of who wrote the notes, so unless you ask for their extension they say they have no way of tracking who wrote the notes. But then I wonder how valid or reliable these notes are, if they cannot track who is responsible for writing them? They are so inconsistent that two representatives worked on getting me credit back to my account, and they confirmed that I got the credit, but a week later I found out from another rep that it was credited but never applied because the credit was not valid. I first asked the rep who told me the credit was invalid who the rep was who got me the credit, and he said he didn't know the name, but then later, after much persuasion, he finally found out the name of the person, and which state he is assigned to, but cannot transfer me to the same person. What does that tell about the company? Inconsistent, unreliable, and a liar.
I have been with them for the last 6 years, and it seems that after they joined with Nextel the quality of their service seems to have gone DOWN! way DOWN.
