Dymo Complaint - Technical Support not very helpful

I called Dymo's tech support asking for help on installing the software and the hardware and they couldn't help me with the installation and basically told me that I have to do my own research. They don't even tell you their names when you call and give you a reference number for a call. They aren't very helpfull or empathetic about the consumers who purchase their products.

Try reading the manual. Tech support people generally have their hands full enough without people calling up to help them with problems they could fix on their own.
