Pinnacle Complaint - Pinnacle Customer Support SUCKS!!!
I purchase a Pinnacle Linx videoinput cable, included with this is free Studio 7 software. The hardware will not install properly, when I finally get the bugs worked out of the USB the program stops running and freezes my computer. The only option is to reboot the computer. I cannot transfer video from my camcorder to my computer via the USB linx cable. I have tried a dozen times to contact Pinnacle by phone....NO LUCK....I sit on hold..waiting....waiting....This is a TOLL call....I have been on hold for over an hour. Listening to the same message. ( a rep will be with you shortly). They even have complaints right on there own website about there crappy customer service.I have tried there web site and none of their suggestions work. I have given up on this LINX CABLE!!!! And the crummy software that came with it.I will never purchase another thing from PINNACLE SYSTEMS.....
