Insurance - Complaint

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- So, i have purchased the greatest phone ever. I have had it for a few months, then suddenly the phone screen cracked. I did not drop it or any sort of mis-use. I swear. I proceeded to contact the insurance company, who when you call has a standard voice messgage serive that tells you to fax or go online, because all of their 'reps are busy at this time with out customers', then at the end you can leave a voice message.
I went onlined fed them the story and my request. I called t-mobile after doing some investigagtin and they explained to me that the phone is not covered under manufacture warranty, because the screen cracked, they said the insurance compnay is reasponsible and should honor my claim.
The next day i got onto this My3cents website, and i found a direct number for them, calling there office it was a quick hello, and they told me to go online and put in a request. I stated that i had already done so and i left message to get a phone call. Never called. She then said she would process it and give it to the account EX, asked her who the account EX was, she replied um, MR.Baker, i asked if he had first she paused repiled Michael. Michael Baker, my account EX who i never spoke to. Toni, said i should replace one with a new one from the t-mobile website. Now, my coverage is for $300 limit, but to buy the replacement phone it is $330, or extend my contract for $267, so why did my coverage go to only $300 whent the value of the phone is more. They told me to buy one, and they would reimburst me, i did not like the sound of that and told them to prove it. There are no guidlines or anything to say.
She told me they had a relationship with t-mobile and that under there warranty and exhange program it was t-mobiles reasponsibility, she then went on and i questioned her (Toni) and she then denied this relationship. And said that i needed proof that the phone was not covred by t-mobile.
So i called t-mobile and this time t-mobile had been taking notes, about the issue so that their customer service reps knew my situation. The t-mobile rep three way called the direct numbner, and verbally told them that they had to cover it, stated there was no relationship with them, and that this issue should be insured. Toni, the lady from the insurance company said that she would pass all the info to the account ex. She then told it would take 24hrs for a answer on a solution. So, the solution a simple one lined email stating i should send it to them, and they will replace it, well the did not say anything about replacing of fixing it, just a one word email. The gave me a PO BOX, however i wanted a physical address so called and got where their office is located and their main mumber ill have it listed below. So i am sending my phone down there with all hopes that the phone will fixed, and claim will be honored.
I have kept every email, wrote down every converstaion and everyone i spoke with.
there is a lot of jargon and BS that is asscocaited with this company, i have seen all the reviews, and hopefully they will take care of this if not, i will follow up with the BBB, and as well the The Florida state business and insurance bearu, and possibly if enough people get involed a class action lawsuit, to get this company shut down. Let me know.
Here is there info
21000 Boca Rio # 812
Baco Raton, FL 33433
The number is 1-866-654-5590, the same number as there website but without the 800,
I have lost a lot of business because of them, in that same day i sent them the phone i have lost 3 deals, because i did not have access to my email, i am in the sales business, and three deals is $700,000. So i am ready to see what they send me back.
If a group can get together, we should move foreward with legal action.
