Cingular Wireless Complaint - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
A customer service rep named Rebecca was extremely rude and abusive to me during a phone call that I had made to Cingular/AT&T. I have horrible coverage (dropped calls daily, etc). The customer service rep told me that I put my hand over my phone to muffle the sound! She acually accused me of doing something that did not occur. It's not my fault that the phones they provide sound terrible. I was a little mad to begin with, but this comment just brought me over the edge. Their company would not work with me what so ever. I will NEVER again sign up with Cingular/AT&T. I will pass tihs information along to all family and friends.
