Little Debbie Compliment - Great service in correcting problem
I just recently gave Little Debbie a glowing endorsement in reply to another's post. Crystal bought a package of our favorites, Boston Cream Rolls, and when we opened them, they were the pits. The little piece of cardboard in each roll was grease-stained, the rolls were flat, with what looked like non-existent filling and the taste was horrible. Crystal called the phone number on the box, and the very nice lady listened to what was said, and before Crystal finished, had diagnosed the problem. She said that somewhere between the factory and the store, the product had been subjected to high heat. They are sendiing us a check for our purchase. Crystal suggested a coupon, and was told they don't do coupons, it costs too much.
Little Debbie's customer service rep was fantastic, and jumped to make an unusual occurrence alright. I am a diabetic, so I have to be careful about what I eat, so I don't eat a lot of snack food, but occasionally, I am happy to give up some foods so I can have a little joy in my diet. Yayyyy, Little Debbie!!
