sbcglobal dsl - Complaint
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA -- Sign up for a 1 year contract with att yahoo dsl....Every day dsl quits at least 6 times and has quit up tp 10 times in 1 day......This is an every day occurrence...As soon as the year is up, I am out of there......We should be able to charge them 1 dollar for every time it goes out would never recommend this to my worst enemy

Two possibilities here:
1. The modem may have a problem. Do a complete reset by pressing the reset button on the back of the modem. Make sure you write down all your settings first.
2. You may have a 'noisy' line. DSL is very susceptible to static and noises on the copper line. Call your local telephone company and complain about 'noise' on the line. They have to send a tech to check it. Call them back in a few days to follow up on your complaint.
