Spa Pro Service Company Complaint - Installation never completed and no response to complaints
FRANKLIN, OHIO -- Spa Pro Service Company performed an "installation" of a pack in a hot tub in one of our rental cabins. The next day we received a call from the guests reporting that the hot tub was still not operational. We arrived to find that the installation had never been completed! The light was hooked up to the pump receptacle, the pump wasn't hooked up at all, and the temperature and high limit sensors hadn't even been unwrapped. We called Spa Pro and were told that we would do a conference call with the service manager and technician to walk us through completing the installation ourselves. However, when we placed the call, no one was available to help us. After many hours and numerous calls, we were able to complete the installation on our own. I requested a call from the owner to let him know how the tub had been left and to confirm that we had wired everything correctly. I've still never received a callback despite numerous calls phone calls, an e-mail, a letter, and a letter to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, according to the BBB, this company has a recorded of not responding to complaints. The promised work was never completed by this company, they gave us horrible customer service during the aftermath, and have never responded to our complaints.
