Microsoft Network (MSN) Complaint - Dial up service will charge you more,with no support
HILO, HAWAII -- In March 2007 I got a computer tried one service it worked for a week, than failed. MSN came with my computer so I decided to try it out. I opened with my real name and used my credit card. They said I would get 24 hours tech support that was not true. All I got was a recording and disconnection. So I tried again with my middle name it worked for a day then stopped suddenly. I tried to call MSN but got no help. Out of frustration I went to my local phone service who offered dsl. I totally forgot about MSN, after trying unsuccesfully to cancel my account. July 22, 2007 believe it or not they charged my card twice. I called and was assured I was only charged once, it was my banks error. On July 26, 207 I called with answer that I was charged for the first account and the male customer service rep would not even listen. Out of anger I told him they were not fair and hung up. I believe if you are going to say you offer 24 hour technical support than be true to your word. For the fact if you offer 3 months free you charge after the the end of the free period with no hesitation. I understand you have a business to run but be fair with your products, and your customer satisfaction.
