Burger King Complaint - Burger king manager attitude
BOERNE, TEXAS -- I am 51 years of age and a burger king customer since day one. this morning, 7-27-07 at the burger king in boerne, texas where we ordered the same breakfasts as we have for quite some time came to seventy five cents more. When I questioned the cashier/mgr.,so he said, he claimed, in a beligerent manner, the price increase was for my coffee refill in the same mug I have been bringing in as usual, which came to $1.29 for a coffee refill ? because of his tone of voice and attitude, I walked out without our food frustrated and $4.63 in the hole. I could tell the other employees were embarrassed with this grown mans so called quality customer service. I certainly hope Burger King didn't mean to put such an unqualified person behind their counter.
