Fastcard Informative - Unable to complete installation of prepaid minutes

OGDEN, UTAH -- I purchased a fifty dollar Fastcard Universal Prepaid wireless refill and followed all of the instructions. I gave the scratch off number and received the number to give the carrier (T-Mobile) and was transfered to T-Mobile to complete the transaction. At that point in the transaction I heard three beeps and the cnnectin went dead. I called the number back and was told that the scratch-occ number had been used (DUH, and all all attempts to reach your customer service phone humber have been unsuccessful. I was on hold for over an hour on several atempts.
I feel ripped-off and my cell phone is almost out of prepaid time. www.fastpin.net led me here, but I have not been successful in talking to a real live person. So much for communication and customer service...
