Air France Complaint - Cheap and Mean - Flight Attendant's attitude and poor customer serv
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- My drink was thrown away in the airport unbeknownst to me till later. I was really thirsty by the time I got into the plane. It was on 7/16/07 from SFO to Paris around 2 p.m. I asked the female caucasian attendant when they were serving if I could have a can as well as my son, I was very thirsty. She scolded me loudly in front of everyone and said, "After everyone has been served, then Maybe if we have leftovers we can see if we can give you something!" I then asked if I can have some water, which she gave me a disgusting look and filled it up only half way.
The flight back on the 24th was quite different. She was the nicest attendant ever. It was around 11 a.m. and she gave me a can. But they passed out a menu stating we could have Haagan Daaz ice-cream. Me and another customer kept checking. Only some poorly made cheese sandwiches were available. Finally after the third time checking I looked for the flight attendant. I heard some giggling and opened the curtains. Him and 2 other women attendants had their hands full of ice cream shoving into their faces. I asked if I could have some. He said, Maybe in 20 min. In 20 min. there was not any. So I asked again and the woman said, they ran out. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. The flight attendants eating all the ice cream up and not having any for the customers. I will not fly air france again for their self serving unethical behaviors and attitudes.
