Greatcall,Inc. Informative - Jittebug cell phone service

DEL MAR, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I bought the Jitterbug cell phone a week or so ago. 50% of the time I cannot connect to the person I am trying to call.I have to dial and redial. I called customer service 5 times. They tell me it is a network issue and not their problem. One guy said it was the FCC's fault. I live in LV, NV how can it be a network problem? I want a full refund or a replacement phone. All I get is the run around!

Don't get a Jitterbug. The makers (Great Call Inc) charge their customers for calls they never place and it is really hard to get a signal most places. Great Call Inc. is nothing but a fraud.
