DEL MAR, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I bought the Jitterbug cell phone a week or so ago. 50% of the time I cannot connect to the person I am trying to call.I have to dial and redial. I called customer service 5 times. They tell me it is a network issue and not their problem. One guy said it was the FCC's fault. I live in LV, NV how can it be a network problem? I want a full refund or a replacement phone. All I get is the run around!
