McDavidHondaIrving.com Complaint - No Response
IRVING, TEXAS -- This is based merely on Internet/email and phone communications since I could not get a response to visit this dealership other than a "we will call you back".
I am shopping for another CRV. I asked each dealership/salesman for their base cost, out the door (with TTL & taxes) and several accessories. I contacted this dealership and got several emails from Kevin the "Internet Sales Consultant". I kept emailing Kevin back and got no response...just generic emails asking if I was "still interested". I got an email from the general manager who asked if I was "still interested". I responded back that I had financing and was looking for a new CRV.
I got no response.
I called today and asked to speak to someone about stopping by to get a new car. The manager said someone would call me back. No one did.
When I spoke to the manager I advised that I wanted to get the base price they charge on the specific CRV I wanted. He stated they only had one fee and they could not keep them on the lot....they did not negotiate prices.
So I guess they don't care if they sell any new vehicles....
For those of you who don't know, there is a large drive to secure more customers via the web. More and more customers are doing preliminary shopping via the web (via Edmunds and cars.com), so getting a response is not just important to me, as a customer, but also to the industry who is trying to gain that Internet group of buyers.
