The other day I was home all day. I went to check my mail and I get a package delivery slip that says I have to go to the post office to get it. I load up the kids and head to the post office. I ask them why the mail carrier did not bring it to my door. They checked with the mail carrier, who just happened to be there, and his response was "because you have dogs". My dogs are in the house! I have a long driveway from the mail box to my front door and personally I think he was just too lazy to bring it to me. How ridiculous is that response. I could see if I had dogs running all around the front yard. Even if the dogs were in that back yard, it's completely fenced. USPS employees appear to be very lazy and they have it much easier than back in the day when they had to walk to all the boxes and in the rain.I'm curious as the what their policy truly is on package delivery.
