Riceroni Complaint - Bugs in box - Riceroni variety pack

Review by madas heck on 2007-07-31
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- We recently opened a sealed box of Riceroni only to have a bug fly out. We found another in the rice mix. We opened another box and found some more bugs. Had a number under bar code of 1530043023.

I would definitely send a letter to the company. They may want to know some of the information on the box. They may also ask you to send it to them for 'testing'.

Bugs are everywhere... on the conveyor belt, on the ceiling, in the mechanical proccessor. Bugs are a fact of life.

Well, it's a good thing the one flew out before you cooked and ate the other one. Not knowing it was in there! I would definitly notify the store you bought it from and the maker.

HOw long did you have them in your home...the bugs could be from your own home... They do get in..If you just bought them and opened them up then take them back to the store. But if you had them at home for awhile it just might be your home
