Gordmans Compliment - Customer Service

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- My niece and I were in Gordmans on Monday, July 16 doing some back to school shopping. We found lots of nice things, but the store was very warm to shop and try clothes on in. I mentioned this fact to the associates in the dressing room and they agreed that it was warm. I mentioned it again to the check out person, and she said that it had been worked on several times. So, when I got home I sent an e-mail to Gordman's customer service to let them know that I had not had a very pleasant shopping experience due to the warm conditions. I thought that would probably be all there was to it. Well, I was wrong. On Friday evening, July 20th I received a call from the Manager of the Colorado Springs Gordmans. He was calling to let me know that the AC was now working and that they had had to order a part in order to get it working again. He also wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to make it up to me. I declined the offer, since that wasn't the reason for the letter. I just thought they should know that customers thought the store was too warm to shop for very long.

I am very impressed with the customer service and I will be sure to shop at Gordmans again.
