Horchow/Neiman Marcus Complaint - Denial Of Repair Service For Leather Sofa
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Contacted via email customer service back in February/March 2007 requesting repair service for the leather sofa. It has a 2' line where the hide is showing through on the corner of one of the seat cushions.
We emailed several times- with such delays as they could not locate our order, and awaiting a reply for their vendor.
Yesterday I called and to check status, the gentleman in "customer care" said he have a response by today August 2.
The answer was "no repair or replacement" we waited too long to request service!!!
Watch out... Horchow will give you great service as long as it isn't a request for service!!!
