Standard TV Informative - Terrible service - appliances

BEAVERTON, OREGON -- Be aware that Standard TV & Appliances does no replace appliances once they are installed. So, before you allow their installer to put in any appliances, make sure that they are boxed and new and that you can examine the appliance thoroughly before you have them put it in. We bought a stove and it was damaged. They refused to replace it as they say their policy is only to repair once it has been installed.

The installer had not even left the premises when I noticed damage and I have been fighting an uphill battle to try to get service from them.

Ask for their written policy. If they don't have one then contact your local consumer protection board with a complaint.
Did you get the installer to note that the appliance was damaged on delivery? And did you take photos of the damage?
