HH Gregg Complaint - Horrible customers service
FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE -- I have had a dryer that I requested repair on 7/12/07. The dryer has had a service call on 7/17, 7/20, 7/25, 7/27, 8/1, and I am scheduled for today, 8/3. I was informed that the "lemon policy" on the contract states that 3 repairs over 3 months, does not "count" if the 3 repairs are in a 30 day period. All of my service calls this month count as one visit, due to the 30 day service guarantee.
Also, A & E Factory service, the service reps for HH Gregg, have been horrible, rude and unethical. They have even resorted to not documenting service visits in my record, so our records do not match.
I am going to pursue legal action if I do not get a replacement dryer or at least a service tech who actually knows how to fix the stupid dryer. I will NEVER buy another thing from HH Gregg. THat is unfortunate because we have spent over 10k in the last 2 years there. We are getting ready to move and will be making more purchases, just not at HH Gregg.
