Premier Baths Inc. Informative - Poor Workmanship / Customer Service

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I had Premier Baths Inc. reglaze my tub and tiles. They were suppose to strip the tub and wall first before applying the reglaze, but failed to do so. This resulted in the tub peeling. When I phoned the company to follow-up they just did not return my calls. After several months went by I approached the problem from a different angle and called to schedule the free maintenance. The tech was scheduled to come 8/3/2007. I took a day off of work b/c the tech could only come mid day (11-1PM).

Premier Baths Inc. phoned me at 11:20 AM to explain they would not be able to make it. I was a bit upset.
