Metric Property Management Informative - Unethical Practices

Review by mrstip on 2007-08-03
SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA -- This company practices has participated in management evicting people after granting permission to be late. And when trying to fix the issue no remorse from management or district. I believe as a consumer and study homelessness this is one of the major factors why there are over 35,000 people who do not have a place to live because of the 3 day pay or quit and the in humane tactics of people who own housing establishments. I do believe that the company should not house people who can't pay and refer them to other services but when you know the tenants have the money they just might have a temporary problem you can work with them. I believe this was due to personal not ethics or business due to many statements made by the management herself pertaining to religion and public assistance your word should be your bond and if you can't do something simply say it and if you can do what you say and then do not retract it due to your on perception the tenants were not given a date to pay after the waived notice even though they tried to pay it was not accepted and then request of attorneys fees before the filing of the eviction which leads to using your power to receive more money.

And to top it off the company is up for sale and I believe this is another reason for more money being requested because at time the tenants became residents the management considered the tenants to be important.

So you didn't pay the rent and got evicted. And whose fault is it? You should have done something to get your rent in. Property owner have bills, maintenance, utilities, mortgages and salaries to pay too
