Restoration Hardware Complaint - Poor Service at Restoration Hardware

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- I purchased a sectional sofa at Restoration Hardware. They delivered 2 pieces and 3 weeks have passed. I did not receive the entire sectional and when I told them I wanted to return it and get a refund they won't refund my money till the sofa pieces I received are returned to them. Yet no one has contacted me to pick up the sofa pieces. There was no apology until I said I wanted to return the pieces. There has been minimal communication and it only occurs when I call someone. No one has any answers and I still have no refund !

It has been almost 7 weeks...I have no couch and they have my money and no one is responding.
