Ruda Toyota Monroe WI Informative - Bad service
MONROE, WISCONSIN -- I took my 1994 Corolla in for a timing belt change like I usually do. I received a call from the garage about an hour later telling me something was cracked and it would be $996.00 to repair. I said I didn't think I wanted to spend that much, just leave it alone and I would pick it up. They said my car was inoperable. I said wait a minute it was operable when I brought it in. It was operable when they drove it into the garage. What happened? No reply. When I talked to the owner he mentioned his wife was an attorney. I asked what difference did that make. I am a business man myself and if I let something like this happen to my customer I would be out of business. I feel like they broke it when trying to repair it.
Obviously this is going to cost them more than the repair bill I paid, but I don't think they care.
