Krups Complaint - Krups FreshAroma Coffee maker

SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA -- Customer Service Manager,

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

My husband recently bought this product when our Cuisinart coffee maker broke. I originally believed it to be a superior product based upon my prior experience with Krups products. I was very disappointed with both the features and the quality of the product. In fact the grind option is quite simply not able to grind the coffee beans well and leaves both large pieces and whole beans in the strainer. I am surprised that this product was even released much less being marketed.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like a refund for the amount that we paid for the product. I find it totally unsatisfactory.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.

I have one too and I discovered too late that it is a piece of junk.

I had two. One was broken right out of the box, the second refused to pump all the water into the pot, and overflowed, and the coffee grinder mechanism was a piece of junk, just like the original writer stated. Krups coffee makers are garbage.

We had the same problems. The grinder would clog every time. After
less than one month, the feeder cracked! Unfortunately, my husband
bought it MORE than one month earlier, as a present, so we could not get
our money back from the store. This was my "dream" coffee maker (love that morning grind)
But this was very disappointing - especially for a Krups.
