Xo Telecomunication Informative - We Do Not Guarrantee Your Telephone Service

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- We are a company of over 50 people and had entered into a 3 year provider contract with xo telecommunications. While the term of their contract like the terms of most carriers contracts has cancellation provisions which require the payment of 75% of the unused future value of the contract the response to our continuing service outage problems will astound most readers.

We were informed that despite 14 service outage calls and over 40 hours of service outage over the past that this is not considered a chronic problems and accordingly they are providing appropriate service.

If your company has an attorney who does some work on your behalf then let him/her handle it. You ought to get positive results when the attorney contacts XO.
