Martha Stewart Crafts Complaint - Bad Service - Craft Products
One would expect to have the highest level of service and the highest level of quality when ordering through one of Martha Stewart's online stores. That is not the case - Martha Stewart Crafts filled my order incorrectly, and is now requiring me to pay the cost of returning the item they sent in error. When I called customer service for help, I was treated rudely. When I asked to have the cost of postage refunded to me, since I am required to pay out of my own pocket to return the items that Martha Stewart Craft wrongly sent to me, I was told that I was lucky to be receiving a refund for the original postage. This is not a case where an item failed to meet the buyer's expectations, Martha Stewart Crafts simply sent the wrong item, and they admit it.
Why should I have to pay for something I didn't order?
