Burger King Complaint - When Poor Service equals Free Food
BELMAR, NEW JERSEY -- Just my luck, this BK has a different set up for serving and paying. You first request the food, get the food and than need to turn around walk about 10 feet to the check out person. After getting cold food and asking them to reheat it, being treated rudely for making such a request, after waiting for the drinks person to get off his personal cell number to take my order and than being handed a runny milkshake, I walked past the cashier without paying. I sat down at a table about 25 feet away and ate my free food. All of a sudden I realized as free food you can tolerate the poor, rude service and appreciate their poor controls for insuring that people pay. If you can get Bk food for free it May be worth your time and effort. If you are paying, stay away from these people. I now eat their often.
If the food looks good and I get treated as a human being, I pay. If not, "I have it my way' Free Food!
