David's Bridal Complaint - Bad Service Received

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.
I live in Va and my I'm getting married in MA. Three of my five bridesmaids live in MA. I flew into town in Oct. 2000 so we could go to David's to try on dresses. We got very little help...it was mostly self service and the lady that did little to help was very rude and demanded we tell her how wer were going to pay before we had even pick out dresses. Thankfully my Aunt and my mother were with me to help me get different dresses and bring them to the fitting rooms. We ended up buying 5 bridesmaids dresses and one mother of the bride dress. When the bridesmaids dresses finally did come in one had a spot and had to be re-done. Tomorrow is March first and we still do not have our fifth dress. We received horrid service. I was very embarrassed because my bridesmaids had taken time out of their busy schedules to spend and entire Sat afternoon at David's. When we were leaving I asked if I could get a swatch. Well you would have thought I asked for a pint of blood. Finally one woman brought us a swatch but, it wasn't even big enough to tell the color. We were told all the dresses had to be ordered and payed for and there was NO WAY any of these dresses could be returned or exchanged.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like my bridesmaids and my mother to receive some of their money back. I bought my wedding dress at another David's and was treated very well. We spent a lot of money there and I would like to see them get some sort of additional discount.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
