Broadway Photo Complaint - Blantant Bait and Switch - Sony DSC T100 camera
Sony DSC T100 camera - Complaint
NEW YORK CITY, UTAH -- Don't order from Broadway Photo, their advertising on the Internet have low prices but buyer beware - they are liars - their final price is not what they advertise.
My Internet order for a Sony T100, they agreed to ship me this camera for $297. But they had to talk to me on the phone first.. Oh?
By the time they were through with all their over-priced accessories selling tactics, which I turned down, the final price they wanted to charge me on my visa was $349. $50 over the Internet Invoice...
What a waste of time, what liars, only unscrupulous thieves do this. These people make a black-eye for New York businesses.
I've sent my complaint to the New York BBB, Now I'm composing one for the Federal Trade Commission.

Did you ask them about the price difference? What did they say? Did you ask if you could complete the order online to get the online price?
Did they just say 359 and you hung up the phone? What exactly happened?

This business is notorious for selling "gray" market items, so don't be surprised if your camera does not have a valid warranty.
